Terms of Service
The policies that protect you, our practitioners, and the integrity of the work. Please read them before booking a session.

1. Scope of Services
California Love Consultant is a virtual healing center offering emotional healing, energy work, sound healing, spiritual mentorship, tarot and palm readings, chakra balancing, and related wellness experiences. Sessions are facilitated by independent practitioners within our collective. All offerings are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or legal care.
2. Independent Practitioners & Limitation of Liability
Each practitioner featured through California Love Consultant ("CLC") operates as an independent, self-employed professional. Nothing on this website, in any CLC LIVE broadcast, or in any CLC marketing material creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the practitioner and CLC or its founder, Dolly Phillips. CLC is a marketing collective and referral platform only. CLC provides a shared website, booking tools, and promotional support. CLC does not supervise, direct, train, license, or control how any practitioner delivers their services. Each practitioner is solely and fully responsible for the services they deliver, the advice they give, the outcomes of any session, and their own professional conduct. California Love Consultant is not responsible or liable for any service, session, product, advice, statement, action, or omission of any individual practitioner, including but not limited to Clarity Sessions, tarot or intuitive readings, energy healing, coaching, sound bowl healing, manifestation work, or any other offering listed on this website or performed during a CLC LIVE broadcast. California Love Consultant is not responsible or liable for any outcome, injury, loss, dissatisfaction, or dispute experienced by a client as a result of working with any individual practitioner. Any such claim, concern, or dispute is between the client and the practitioner directly. By booking a session with any practitioner listed on this website, you acknowledge that you are contracting directly with that independent practitioner, not with California Love Consultant as a company. Services offered by CLC practitioners are for guidance, personal growth, and spiritual/intuitive support purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and do not guarantee any specific outcome.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Healing is deeply personal and cannot be guaranteed. The work we offer, including energy healing, intuitive readings, sound baths, and emotional support, is experiential and spiritual in nature. Every client responds differently. We do not promise specific emotional, physical, financial, relational, or spiritual results. You are solely responsible for the choices you make before, during, and after your sessions.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
What is shared in a session stays in the session. Our practitioners honor the privacy and dignity of every client. We do not disclose client identities, personal stories, session content, or any information shared during a booking or session to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law. By booking, you also agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, language, frameworks, or practices shared by the practitioner during your time together, unless permission is given to share them.
5. Booking & Payment
Sessions and packages are booked directly with the practitioner or through the contact form on this site. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods vary by practitioner and may include Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, or cash. You will receive confirmation of your appointment once payment and scheduling are complete.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee at the practitioner's discretion. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances are handled with compassion. Please communicate as soon as possible.
7. Refund Policy
There is no money-back guarantee and refunds are not offered once a service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied or feel your session did not land as expected, your practitioner may, at their sole discretion, offer a service exchange or extended session time. This is determined case by case and is not an obligation. If a service was purchased but not yet delivered, credit toward a future session may be considered upon request.
8. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to participate with openness, honesty, and respect. Our practitioners reserve the right to end or decline a session if a client is under the influence of substances, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unable to engage safely. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Liability Disclaimer
California Love Consultant and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, session descriptions, guided materials, and practitioner frameworks, is the property of California Love Consultant or the respective practitioner and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to book or receive services after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.

By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
